Founder & Managing Partner, Next Gen Success
Tami Kesselman is a globally recognized thought leader at the intersection of finance, social impact, and entertainment, with deep expertise in evolving capital structures to drive positive social change. A former Bain consultant, Tami is known for her ability to blend financial strategy with deep impact, guiding clients to thrive at the intersection of modern philanthropy and innovative impact investing. As a Partner at LOHAS, she works with mission-driven organizations and producers to raise alternative sources of capital, while as founder & CEO of Next Gen Success, she guides ultra-high-net-worth individuals and intergenerational family offices on the integration of wealth creation and impact stewardship across asset classes.
Along with her work in the field of sustainability and impact, Tami has led a few other lives, and the alchemy of her unique background serves clients well: after earning her MPA at Harvard, and consulting to Fortune 50 CEO’s with Bain & Company, she became one of Tony Robbins’ most elite trained coaches when she realized that executives needed better ways to integrate wealth, impact, happiness and legacy goals. She did a deep dive to master skills as she created new frameworks to serve the ultra-wealthy in more powerful ways. But none of that is where her stage presence comes from… Tami is also a member of SAG-AFTRA and spent two years as a Hollywood publicist long ago after a stent as an actor and writer on a pilot development project for Mandalay Pictures and time honing her improv skills while studying at Groundlings before, ultimately, pivoting back to her roots in business strategy, impact, and sustainability where she now merges her eclectic background into helping entertainment projects think more strategically, craft innovative partnerships, and tap into new sources of capital to accelerate achieving their fundraising objectives.
Tami’s unique melding of her prior entertainment background with her thought leadership today enables her to connect with audiences in ways that few others can and has catapulted her onto ever-larger speaking stages, including annually chairing Opal’s ESG & Impact Investing Forum, delivering a livestream lecture on her proprietary frameworks to integrate wealth and impact live from Disney World to their 50M subscriber YouTube channel and as the emcee for TEDx at the United Nations, at Place d’Arts in Montreal, and at Dupont Circle in DC.
Whether addressing an audience of UHNW investors, lecturing at Harvard Business School, or advising donors on high-impact philanthropic strategies, Tami consistently earns top reviews for her ability to help clients overcome obstacles and move the needle on what matters most in an increasingly complex world. Her unique blend of financial acumen, impact expertise, and Hollywood experience makes her a trusted advisor to clients across sectors.
