Senior Advisor, Propper Daley

Szena Dayo is the Senior Strategic Advisor at Propper Daley, where she leverages her extensive experience to guide clients toward achieving their social impact goals. In her role, she spearheads the development and execution of strategies that drive meaningful change across diverse sectors.

Before her current position at Propper Daley, Szena was instrumental at Global Philanthropy Group in advancing the philanthropic efforts of notable figures and major brands such as Madonna, SurveyMonkey, and Clinique. She excelled in crafting innovative strategies and leading initiatives that promoted LGBTQ+ equity, gender and racial equality, global health, and education for girls.

Prior to her achievements at Global Philanthropy Group, Szena contributed her strategic acumen to Booz Allen Hamilton. There, she focused on strategic planning for hospital systems and performance evaluations. Her passion for global health issues was also evident during her research fellowship with Ghana Health Service, where she investigated barriers to contraceptive use among adolescents.

Szena earned her B.S. in International Health from Georgetown University and is fluent in French.
