Sarah Eagle Heart (Oglala Lakota) is a two-time Emmy Award-winning storyteller, entrepreneur, and executive advancing cultural education, advocacy, and healing. As SVP of Tribal Growth Strategies at True Family Enterprises and founder of Eagle Heart Collectiv, she leads initiatives at the intersection of tribal business, entertainment, and business development.
Her Emmy-winning projects include Crow: The Legend (2019) and Lakota Nation vs. United States (2024). She is also the co-author of Warrior Princesses Strike Back (2023) and delivered the TEDx talk Meant to Be: How Lakota Values Help Us to Be Good Relatives.
A former CEO of Native Americans in Philanthropy, Sarah has partnered on national narrative change campaigns with artists such as Mark Ruffalo, Anne Hathaway, and John Legend. She co-founded The Indigenous Fashion Collective and Return to the Heart Foundation and serves on advisory boards for the Howard Law AI Initiative and PRISM Reports. She holds a B.A. in Mass Communications and an MBA in Global Management, and has been honored as a 2019 American Express Next Generation Leader and a 2017 NCAIED “40 Under 40” awardee.
