Samuel DiChiara is a Research Associate at Population Media Center, where he leads monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities. He holds an MPH from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, specializing in International Health and Sustainable Development with a focus on Family Planning and Reproductive Health.

His work spans Latin America and Africa, using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate how entertainment-education programs shift knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to gender equity, reproductive health, and violence prevention.
