Rene Jones is a Partner & Chief of Social Impact at United Talent Agency, the leading global talent, sports, entertainment, and advisory company. In 2004, she launched the UTA Foundation, advancing the company’s social impact efforts for employees and clients. Through the UTA Foundation, she spearheaded notable initiatives like Project Impact, a global volunteer day involving 2,000+ employees, and Live Inspired, which offers a paid sabbatical for employees to pursue philanthropic initiatives. In addition, Jones provides strategic counsel to UTA’s prominent client roster to advance their social impact objectives, align with meaningful causes, and uplift their charitable organizations. A leader in the social impact community, she serves on the board of directors for International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF), the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), Impact Guild, and OneGreenThing as well as the Advisory Committees of the Kids Mental Health Foundation and Hollywood & Mind. Jones was recently selected as a recipient of the inaugural CHIEF New Era of Leadership Award for Purpose, which recognized women who use their influence for good. Her favorite role is being a proud volleyball and soccer mom of two teens.
