Brenda Gilbert is a visionary Producer, Mentor, and Entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership in the global entertainment industry. As the Co-Founder and former President of BRON Media Corporation, she helped build one of the most dynamic independent studios in modern cinema.
Under Brenda’s leadership with her husband, BRON was involved in more than 130 projects, collectively earning over 400 film festival nominations, 38 Academy Award® nominations, and 6 wins. Her producing credits include the critically acclaimed The Willoughbys (Netflix), the Emmy-nominated documentary Loudmouth featuring Reverend Al Sharpton, and Reggie (Amazon Prime), a powerful portrait of baseball legend Reggie Jackson. She also serves as Executive Producer of The Ebony Canal, a multiple Emmy Award-winning and festival-recognized documentary short.
A respected member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Brenda has been recognized twice as a Variety 500 honoree and named among Variety’s Women Who Have Made a Global Impact.
