Ioli Filmeridis

Social Action and Philanthropy Advisor, Littleton Road Productions

Ioli Filmeridis has worked in the nonprofit and international development sectors for twenty years, having served as a USAID foreign service offer on conflict management, peacebuilding, gender and identity issues and local capacity development. Regionally, she has focused on South and South East Asia and Southern Africa, designing programs, advising on conflict mitigation needs, conducting conflict assessments and facilitating Do No Harm and advanced conflict management courses. Through experiences with non profits in Los Angeles, the UN and The Asia Foundation, she has also supported women’s rights, literacy, education and immigrant small businesses and entrepreneurship. Most recently at the Kroc Institute of Peace and Justice, Ioli focused on political violence and the intersecting dynamics of power, inequality and violence. Ioli’s interests include the role space plays in our everyday interactions, understanding the root drivers of systemic violence, and elevating arts, including narratives in achieving social cohesion and peacebuilding.

In her advisory role with Littleton Road Productions, she advances social action and philanthropic projects, including the development of educational and action campaigns for Dr. Death Seasons One and Two, The Girl from Plainville, and Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy. Ioli holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management and International Development from NYU and Masters in Urban Planning/Governance from UCLA and Sciences Po, Paris.
